Put the buyer in charge. Give them the tools to be great at it.
Jess is built by Corvora, Corp. We’re a small team with one conviction, and everything we make points at it.
The person buying the home is the smartest person in the transaction to put in charge of it — because they’re the one who has to live in the result.
Everyone else in the deal has a slice of it. The buyer has all of it. And yet the whole structure of home-buying was arranged, decades ago, to move the buyer to the back seat — to make the most important person in the room feel like the least qualified one. We think that’s exactly backwards.
So we’re building the tool that hands it back: the facts, the numbers, the paperwork, the coordination, the deadlines — all of it, organized, translated, and kept straight, so the buyer can run their own purchase and keep both their money and their agency. Not by cutting out the licensed professionals who do the real regulated work, but by cutting out the part that was only ever there to charge you for feeling lost.
We’re starting with first-time buyers, because that’s where the system leans hardest on the idea that you can’t. Selling, renting, and life after you own are on the way — each built the same way: facts in front of you, decisions yours.
You can do this. We’re here to make sure of it.
