Terms of use
Plain-language terms for this site and the private beta. Last updated 2026-07-26.
What Jess is. Jess is software, provided by Corvora, Corp. It is a coordination tool — not a real-estate brokerage, agent, lender, law firm, appraiser, or title company, and it does not act as one. You are the decision-maker in your own transaction. Jess never represents you, acts on your behalf, or replaces a licensed professional’s legal function.
Not advice. Nothing on this site or in the product is legal, tax, financial, real-estate brokerage, appraisal, lending, or inspection advice. For a real transaction, consult the appropriate licensed professionals — whom you choose.
The beta. The private beta is a simulation for testing and feedback. It involves no real money, no real property, and no real transaction, and nothing it shows you should be relied on for any real-world decision. Access requires an invitation, is for a single participant, and may be changed or ended at any time.
Figures. Any prices, commissions, or savings figures shown are illustrations, not quotes, and not guarantees of any amount. Commissions vary and are negotiable.
Fees. References to a $699 software fee describe the intended pricing of the product; it is waived for beta testers, and pricing may be refined before public launch.
Your submissions. If you leave your email or send feedback, you allow Corvora, Corp. to use it to operate and improve Jess and to contact you about the beta. See the Privacy page for how your information is handled.
Contact. Questions about these terms? Reach us through the email that invited you, or the beta signup on this site.
These terms are provided in good faith for a pre-launch beta and may be updated. © Corvora, Corp.
